Forestwerx runs a full lineup of STIHL products from small top-handle saws to large 100cc fuel-injected saws. Our crews utilize an assortment of directional handlines, felling wedges, and hand-driven mechanical assistance always to ensure a safe felling environment and prevent damage to infrastructure. On the topic of safety, all of our contractors and staff are required to utilize state-of-the-art ANZI-certified PPE including Bluetooth communication between crews.

Forestwerx utilizes forestry specific excavators and track loaders with a variety of attachments including forestry mulchers (masticators), timber felling heads, material handling grapples, forestry winches, and trail building tools to complete our projects. These machines are specifically built to work in the challenging terrain of colorado’s front range communities. We make sure to match each project with an appropriate complement of machinery to get the job done as efficiently and economically as possible.

Forestwerx utilizes FÖRST and Bandit Tracked chippers to reach places traditional tree companies can not.

Forestwerx uses small drones for aerial project assessment during the bidding process and throughout your project. This important tool allows us to show and discuss project goals with our clients that may not be physically able to access their sites due to distance or terrain.

All companies have their limitations. If your project requires a crane, or technical tree climbing to protect infrastructure, we will subcontract to insured local service providers to help with these specific portions of your project.
